Has anyone had a strange feeling in their head related to sinus pressure? I was reading my book and my forehead and surrounding areas feel pressured and tingling. I also feel like I have fuzzy vision. My sinuses have been bothering me and I currently feel pressure in that area too (I have bad allergies) As far as medication I am only taking OTC allergy meds and Buspar-for anxiety. Any thoughts on whether this is sinus or anxiety? Or maybe both?

Hard to tell; when did you take what meds and how long had you been reading; what were you reading about -- were you having anxious thoughts about something you read?

I would take a break, put on some music, drink a glass of water and lay back with my eyes closed for awhile, see if that helps any.
