Does migraine cause head to spin?

I mean spin bad enough that everything is spinning around you and you couldn't stand on your 2 feet without risking to fall down.

Thank you!

Hmm - sounds more like VERTIGO taking place.... have you ever suffered from this disorder, or some thing like it?

No, I never had vertigo. But it does makes sense that it could be it. The symtoms are the same. It just didn't came to my mind.

I was thinking migraine because I'm new to migraine too. I never got migraine in my life but the last year or so I got migraine 3 times, the one with the speticular colors that comes in your vision just before an attack. So I was thinking does the head spin comes with it too?

I got that head spinning last night. First time I ever get this so bad that I can't even stand up. Then the headache and the nausea. I know I was very tired last night. Been working 6 days in a row, 10 hours a day. Physically drained.

Thank you!

It does sound like vertigo, but your head doesn't hurt then. Migraines can make you dizzy like that. I suffered from both for a while. What an interesting time walking! lol!

I hope you feel better very soon!

Hugs,

Jan

I suffer from VERTIGO (off & on) and YES.... it can make your head hurt just like a migraine does.... plus if the head aches the stomach will usually get upset as well, hence the nausea.

LoVe,

Any changes in your vision aside from the "fireworks" at the beginning? If the pain lasts more then a few days and especially if you have a change in your vision that doesn't go away, I'd see the doc.

I still have a head ache and I'm light headed. I am careful not to make sudden movement, so my head will not start spinning again.

I feel like I'm walking on a cloud and I'm scare to go through it. This is mostly because I don't have wings so I can't fly. Migraine?

No, I don't have any trouble with my vision.

I'm glad I'm off from work today because I wouldn't trust myself driving. I'm also trying to take it easy and not do too much.

Thank you so much for all your replies. I appreciate it.
Love you all!

I don't drink soda but I drank 2 coffee today. I'm not sure what you mean?

I didn't do much today. Just the dishes and the laundry and I did this very slow.

I hope I will be ok to go to work tomorrow. I don't want to stay home.

Thank you sweetie!
