((( HUGS ))) - I too suffer from RA - have had it since I was 12 years old.... sleep can be hell at night when your body is hurting.... I generally take one of my pain pills (doc Rx) and two Tylenol PM when I need some sleep, due to lack of sleep.

OUCH!! - my head even hurts at times when I lay it down on a soft pillow.... that can make sleeping hard to say the least.

LoVe,

I have fibro, chronic fatique, ankylosing spondylitis and some other not fun things. If you can get some trazadone, it will relax you and help you sleep. Also, avoiding carbs with help tremendously. Because of my UC I can't always do that, but I feel like a new woman when I don't eat carbs. I don't hurt.

My best to you,

January

PS. Does your hair hurt? Mine does sometimes to the point that it hurts to brush my hair. Of course my hair was falling out for a while, so I'm glad to have some to brush. Any fibro buddies on here?

Here are two wonderful sites that have helped me out with F&Q about my RA and other health problems associated with the arthritis.

I have fibro and I love to swim. I do water aerobics twice a week and try to swim at least one more day a week. The warm water does wonders on my fibro.

Oh Ceders and Jannie,

Warm water and aqua therapy are so good for you!

Hugs,
