i'm just going to leave the title as that, because i don't know what to call it.

sometimes when i'm standing with something in my hand (i notice it with drinks) or other things i might have to liftt, my tummy starts feeling light... like i'm about to go in to an out of body experience- and my head feels all hot and blurry.

to stop it i have to put what ever it is down before i drop it

anyone else had this experience?

it appears you may have vertigo. i was wondering if these symptoms appear after you have quickly stood up, in which case they could be a sign low blood pressure or low blood sugar. when was your last MD appointment?
