not sure it counts but i shoveled snow yesterday for around 45mins..my arm muscles must be developping..ouch [:

I walked over two miles today. Tomorrow, I see the podiatrist about a painful spot on my left foot.

Climbed stairs 30 minutes. Sit ups, stretches, rotational exercise for 1 hr.

NO gym yesterday-kids came up from California to stay.

I washed the large roasting pan... a feat when your knees stop you reaching the taps and the sink is at chest height!!!
