bah!

had some spewy thing since SUNDAY NIGHT ... it's now WEDNESDAY NIGHT here ... meh.

not really keeping anything down any suggestions for things that don't make u vomit? gettin to spinny head stage ... this is yucky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lots of water.

Follow the same instructions as for morning sickness... dry crackers, toast...

flat ginger ale too, worked like a charm when I was a little girl.
