i really want to use green tea to help me loose weight and i would drink it more if it was iced. Would it be bad to put sugar in with it?

So it depends...sugar has calories which lead to fat but sometimes I'll drink a nice tea with sugar instead of a higher calorie snack...so if you're drinking it instead of a snickers go for it.

You can try xylitol if you do not have dogs. Tastes great, has fewer calories than sugar, has low GGI and is great for your teeth.
