I have had under-active thyroid for about 7 years and I take thyroxine but I have noticed in the last few days that my neck has swollen up, Does anyone know or have any ideas what or why this could be? I did have this just before I was diagnosed. Thanks.

You need to have your blood drawn for a test!
Thanks for this!

When is the last time you had your TSH levels checked? If these symptoms match what you had before you were diagnosed, it's probably a good idea to have your levels re-checked.

I forgot about this thread, I went to see my doctor on Wednesday and he agreed that my neck is swollen he said if it's still like this is 1 weeks time then he will send me for a scan, I had a blood test in February and they were fine.
