Hi. I'm a 20 male that hasn't led the greatest life. I eat basically all day. I can't stop I'm always hungry. Gluttony is my biggest sin. So in an effort to take control of that part of my life I started working out and eating healthy!!! Witch is a big deal. Now for 3 weeks iv been standing toe to toe with my hunger and not giving in. We'll last night I had I guess a relapse. In 3 week I have manage to lose 10lbs. We'll I had donuts last night and sadly iv gained 2lbs back.
Now I have a few questions.
1. I know my body was in shock to the new foods I was putting into it but for 3 weeks now iv mostly had diarrhea. How long should that last? An when should I start worrying?
2. I'm planning on (just for a week) going on a poweraid and cracker diet. How many crackers a day should I have??
3. Any useful tips I should know about?
I work out an hour a day. 30 min cardio. 30 min of lifting and upper and lower body work outs.
Tho I don't always manage the lower body and of course thanksgiving with 2 family's fiancées and mine :/
How much should I allow my self?? And no I'm not touching desert.
