I have a multitude of problems which some I listed in my introduction. I can't take the day after day of physical pain anymore. I stay in bed because of pain or I just can't face the day and all I thinks what a horrible person I am. I cry and no one sees.

Hi, Shawnie333! Welcome again! I am so sorry you are in this much pain. Have you talked to a doctor about it? I have lots of pain and take prescription pain meds.
Also, depression can make pain worse. It can become a vicious cycle. I hope you will feel better soon. |

The physical pain can be so debilitating and can affect every aspect of our lives. As Traveling Lady mentions, talking with your doctor(s) and staying vigilant with them to find pain management, help with illness, and the treatment(s) for the help you need and deserve. There are also support groups that can be found many times through the local hospitals, home health, or care organizations that can help as well. I hope you find some answers and do what you need to to take good care of you. Hang in there! (((((Shawnie333))))))
