I've been having this problem for a few days. Right now my knees and feet and right hand and elbow are all tingly like they have fallen asleep. Its kind of freaking me out I asked my sister what she thought (she's a nurse practitioner) and she said it's probably associated with my migraines. But I actually don't have a migraine, so idk. Should I be concerned? I'm not on any new meds

I would schedule a doctors appointment. Chances are good it's nothing but it's better to get checked out, if only for your piece of mind. Do you have any other symptoms?

My right eye has been twitching too. It's more annoying I guess than anything

Twitching eyelids are fairly common, usually caused by fatigue or stress

Ever had your back checked? I have a disc that every once in a blue moon slips and I get sciatica. Not quite, what you describe, but I can relate to numbness and tingling, sometimes. Yeah, the muscle twitch around eyes, fatigue and stress...

Eyelid twitches and some other tics can be caused by lack of potassium. Easy test: eat a bannana, or other potassium rich food and see if the symptoms dissipate. If so - easy fix! If not, you can go ahead and follow up with your doctor.

When and how long does this tingling happen? After laying in one position for a while? In the mornings? After exercise? Do those parts turn reddish or get warm? Do they start to get numb and lose sensation? Previous surgeries or back accidents

Keep watching it if it starts to lose sensation and turn a different color or temp, go to doc

Sorry for the delay in reply.
Yes. I have scoliosis and kifosis ( basically my spine grew crooked 2 dif ways) and I got whiplash twice. It probably is linked to that. Its just weird the symptom(s) developed when its been years since my injuries.I finally have an appointment scheduled with my GP. If only I can remember everything that is going wrong. ( I'm actually supposed to be discussing my psych meds with him)
Can't keep up with all these drs....grrr
Thanks for the responses , I really appreciate it!

Jan1212, a lot of times is it when I wake up in the morning, or have been laying down. But a lot of times I'll be just sitting at work and my feet are all tingly. I don't see any change in color or temperature. Will keep an eye on it til I see my dr.
