I don't really know where to put this, sorry.
Has anyone every taken Plan B One-Step? I took it yesterday night and have been having awful stomach cramps. I can't really ask anyone about it because I don't want to have to talk about the reason why I had to take it. I feel really alone and scared and unsure of what to do 
|

I have not taken Plan B One-step, but nausea (13.7%) and lower abdominal pain (13.3%) are common side effects. You should be fine, but if the pain persists and makes you very uncomfortable, it might be a good idea to see a counselor, healthcare professional, Planned Parenthood, etc. How did you get the pill? You could contact your source too.
