I'm an easy to anger fellow, and when I get angry, I get angry. But lately, I've been working to suspress my anger in public. A few months ago, I started noticing my chest becoming tight or pressured, as if if someone was pressing down on it slightly. It was only very minor, and I could barely feel it so I waved it off. As the months went by, my chest tightness has increased slowly, becoming more stronger. Today was the latest case of this phenomenon. Two of my closest friends hid a secret from me and I was hurt after finding out today. I was in public when I first found out, so I tried to suspress my anger until I got home. When I reached my house, I started feeling my chest becoming tighter, more intense than the usual. I started getting shortness of breath and felt a small amount of pain in my chest. Everything calmed down after a while, but I still feel a small amount of chest pain. I'm going to see my doctor soon to see what this is. Have any of you guys ever felt this before?

Turns out everything I experienced today led to a huge anxiety attack. I just recovered from the attack, I'm definitely going to see my doctor tomorrow.

anxiety attacks are terrible I have them all the time. Deep breathing helps me give it a try in a quiet place if it happens again
When you do go to the doctor do insist he checks your heart just to make sure everythings ok. Glad your feeling a little better Sc
