i am 25 yrs old female....i am NOT pregnant and i find my appetite has varied day by day, but mostly lately it has increased. i feel like i am starving all the time even if i eat a decent sized meal. im not really an eater of junk food so my diet is pretty healthy lots of veggies and protein. i also have major cravings for very rare red meat all the time. im not trying to diet for weight loss but i do not want to gain weight either. im about 5'3 and weigh 115 ilbs. im not sure where this increased appetite has come from, im not on any new medication but i have been taking the following for years now: birth control, singulair, nasal decongestant, and multivitamins, vitamin c and b12. is something wrong with me that i should go to the doctor for?

It could possibly be an iron deficiency, since you mentioned craving rare meat, but it could also be any number of things. Best thing to do is see a doctor, tell him how you feel and get blood work done. That will help determine what it could be. good luck
