I have always been thin, but some years ago I lose several kilos all together (don't know in lbs). It seemed me to eat as usual, but it was a period in which I was very stressed, maybe it's for this. Now I'm not so stressed anymore, but I didn't recuperate the weight. And some days ago I discovered that I have lost some other (not very much). It seems me to eat enough. I like being thin, but I don't think that it's normal to lose weight if you eat as usual. My BMI is 17, there is written that is low. Do you think that I have to be worried?
Oh, and I don't have thyroid problems, I made an exam some time ago.

Yes, probably when I lose those kilos it was for stress, but I don't understand why I don't recuperate. It's not that I eat very much, but neither too little, I think

Yes, I have regular meals. I went to the doctor for it (but some years ago) and the blood exam was ok. When I lose a lot of weight I was stressed, maybe it's for this. The strange thing is that it didn't recuperate it Maybe I should eat a bit more.. but it's difficult to make the effort

Yes, your BMI says you are thin and probably not getting enough nutrients. I would talk to your doctor and eat more filling, nutritious food like fish, nuts and fuller fat dairy (cheese, yogurt) to especially make sure I was getting enough calcium and other minerals for my bones. If you drink a lot of coffee/tea, I would cut back on that as that can help make one a bit more stressed and keep one feeling more full so food is not wanted without giving any good nutrients back.

Diabetes and other conditions can also bring on sudden, inexplicable weight loss.

Best to have the good doctor check you out!

Thanks for this!

Do exercise and yoga twice a day. You should use weighted jump rope in your exercise. It will give you positive results. Maintain your diet. Drink a lot of water.
Thanks for this!

But isn't it worse if I do to much exercise?
In general I go to the gym twice a week; do you think that it's ok also if I'm thin, or should I reduce? I quite like going to the gym, so I don't stay always at home.
