I have natural thick kinky, tight-coiled hair. I know it says to avoid brushing wet hair, but I can't brush it when it's dry. I'll lose my curls and it will go frizzy (and it's harder to brush, because it tangles and gets stuck in my brush). I don't ever straighten my hair, and I always let my hair go curly. I'm afraid of losing the volume and fullness of my hair. I swear it wasn't as thick as it use to be.

Hey you are never ever meant to brush curly hair, it rips it and destroys the curl pattern. Instead, use a wide tooth comb when your hair is coated in conditioner in the shower. Other than that, you can re-wet and scrunch it every day or sleep in braids so it doesnt tangle, but with kinky hair dry detangling is really bad for it.

Hello... Some tips to recover hair falling:
1. Eat healthy food with proteins and nutrients.
2. Use natural products instead of chemical products.
3. Avoid heat and keep safe hair from sunlight, dust.
4. Massage your scalp regularly with coconut oil or olive oil.
I hope this will help you.
