Hi everyone
l havent been around on here for a while as in April l was diagnosed with Cancer again. It seems like as soon as l get an all clear and start to relax a little wam its back again.
Because of the type of cancer l am battling l am battling with all sorts of mental health battles in my head. Sometimes just sometimes l want to just disappear into a very big hole and not bothered to try to climb back at.
Im sorry just very low right now.

Sas x

sas,
I'm so sorry you have to go through cancer treatment once again. I hope it goes as well as it can and you get good news afterwards.

May I ask what kind of cancer do you have? (you don't have to answer if you don't want to)
Thanks for this!

Hi
l am not really sure what anyone can do to help right now, l guess l dont even know why l posted it just to get it out l suppose. Not even really sure that l am ready to address all that is in my head .............. as positive attitude is what helps!!!! erm not really anywhere near that positive place right now so it just ends up with im ok , you know day at a time etc responses. Just wanted to scream if thats ok and maybe just to say l am not ok right now, dont want any more tests, dont want to be prodded or poked or undressed or looked at even which probably doesnt make sense at all
sorry

So sorry, silentandscared. Obviously, that's a very private kind of cancer, even more so than breast cancer. I have vulvar vestibulitis (pain in that area), caused by a metabolic problem, so I know a little bit about how distress THERE can hit a women where she really lives, if you know what I mean.

You'll certainly be in my thoughts (and prayers.)

Oh it makes total sense and you don't have to apologize for being negative at all! You are just being honest and anyways it's better to get those feelings out in the open than keeping them in. When my mom got her second bout of breast cancer after a 10-year remission (the oncologist said that that was very common) she was so tired of all the doctor visits and tests too. If it was me I would have been so stressed and scared too. I hope you will be alright. ((((((((((((Hugs))))))))))))))))
Thanks for this!

i do not have cancer and i do not have any words to make you feel better.my life has been impacted by cancer on six occasions so i do have an understanding of the powerful emotion it can invoke. I am happy for you to message me and vent anytime you need ,never apologise for the way that you feel
