I have like constant head tension. I am sometimes aware of it, it sometimes is like a clock tick-tocking in the background I don't notice it until I'm not doing anything. Contact, I have to relax my head on a people and that kinda helps, doctor gave me advil which hardly works.
This feels psychical and sometimes it can make my mental disorder, depression worse. Could I be imagining this? Should I demand to see a neurologist? One of my psychologist this said if I feel pain, then it's real. I see my doc next month

I would ask for a neurologist referral. You only have one head - better safe than sorry with it.
Be cautious with Advil because it can cause rebound headaches. If it does not work, just quit it. |

Hello jesusplay: Yes, I would recommend seeing a neurologist. It can't do any harm. It is possible what you're experiencing is simply the effects of anxiety. My entire body feels as though it is quivering all of the time... it never stops. But, as far as I can tell, it's just the effects of long-term anxiety. It is amazing (& not in a good way) what anxiety can do to a person. Still... you never know. Best to get it checked out!
