Hi
Ever since I was a little girl I have struggled with stomach issues. I produce too much acid which leads to endless days of vomiting and panic attacks. I also suffer from cyclic vomiting syndrome.I am currently having a severe gastritis attack and haven't been able to keep down food for four days. I am under a physicians care but I am having panic attacks because it scares me. I am already a petite person so weight loss is a little scary. I am terrified of needles and IV's and doctors who aren't comforting. My significant other provides no emotional comfort which doesn't help my anxiety. I am posting this because if others can relate to this aspect of anxiety I would feel less alone and it would mean a lot to me. Thanks |

i am sorry that you are so ill. i dont relate to what you are going thru but i understand panic attacks. a way to stop them is to relax. it is physically impossible to panic and relax at the same time. you dont even have to really relax. just fool your brain into thinking you are relaxing. imagine as if you just did a meditation or had a massage and all your muscles have turned into limp noodles. just let them all go. this will stop the panic attack. you may have to do it a couple times over your first tries, but when i started doing this it ended the attacks and soon i never had a panic attack again,

Hello Empress, I really feel how much this is upsetting you. It does sound like weight loss could be a problem.
Stress really contributes to the physical things we go though.
