I could do with some help, ... advice, if you like.
For a long time, I've had a sensitive head, which I later discovered to at least partly be due to Filloculitus. Still, it's not just the scalp, it's inside the head, too. Lying on my back has been a problem for a long time... well, in particular, lying the back of my head on something... it just... feels horrible. I wish I could explain it better, but I'm too focused on what's going on right now. Right now, I'm freaking out and tempted to call 999, but I can't figure out if I'm being "OCD" about it or not. I have mild nausea, feel dizzy. The back of my head... well, if I stroke it, it makes it worse... I can't explain the feeling... I first noticed it when I had a shower a few days ago, maybe a week or two.. ran the water from the shower head on the back of my head to my neck... it felt what I thought was amazing.. absolutely amazing.. like, can't explain it... maybe like a muscular thing... tense muscles relaxing or something.. IDK. Anyway, that happened at least 2 more times. Today being one. I don't feel right at all. I text my dad, and told him, but I don't think he got it. I can't ring him, because no credit. There's nothing I can do except 999. I'm on Lymecycline (1 a day) for the Follthing, and using a prescribed cream on my head that I can't remember the name of. I occasionally take Propranolol, as needed, for the anxiety. I took 1 Ibuprofen today, but really, it's not often I take them. I took the profen because of this, basically,.. just got progressively worse through the evening... or morning, since it's almost 4am. (yeah, I'm also very tired.. but now I'm scared to go to sleep in-case I clock out) I feel like I'm drunk or hungover... but I'm aware more than if I actually were drunk. My HR is 56bmp. 'o.O Jesus, Christ. I've never seen it that low. Last I checked, my resting was around 60-70 or something. I workout a lot, eat healthily. (recently started fasting, yesterday was one, Monday was the other I think... other days are normal but caloric deficit - 2000kcal.. I'm 6ft 183lbs)

I don't have any real advice but if you think you should call then call. You have the standing HR of an athlete. I don't read anything that makes me think you're in any physical danger of dying. If it was me I'd just try to get some sleep but again, do what you think is best.

is propanalol a beta-blocker? Beta-blockers make it a little harder for a person to lose weight. Also, given your height and weight and taking propanalol, i would worry about becoming light-headed from fasting, that your blood pressure might drop too low. Your size sounds just about perfect to me, i thought you had some muscle on you. I would just build more muscle and let that muscle burn off any extra fat. I think if you try to burn off fat, you will lose muscle instead and thereby lower your metabolism. Also, stressing out will shoot fat to your belly via cortisol, and you dont want that either.

That's a really good point, but I rarely take it... once every couple of days, perhaps. I will be sure not to use it while on fasting days, but I don't think I have, so far. Yeah, my weight would be fantastic for back when I didn't have a great deal of muscle (not that I'm huge, but I have some muscle on me) and it was even my old max weight back when I quite skinny. Unfortunately, I still have a lot of body fat to get rid of... still overweight, really... well, overfat. xD On the bright side, it means I gained a fair bit of muscle compared to something like 5-6 years ago I'd rather not bulk until I'm done lowering the body fat. I have a target in mind, and I've been working for it for 6-7 months. I'm thinking about 170lbs would be alright, then I'd probably start bulking. Burning off fat typically can lose muscle, but it's all about minimizing the loss, by working out (resistance) and making sure to get enough protein; keeps the muscles alive and lessens the loss. If anything, while losing .. something like 41lbs now, I've still gained muscle. The gains have slowed down since I quit trying to bulk and lose weight at the same time.. it's not practical, so I'm focusing on one then the other. I'm accepting (finally) of losing some muscle if it means losing body fat and I'm sure I'll gain it all back, and some, when I start bulking. Oh, and yep, Propranolol is a beta-blocker. I don't have heart issues (that I know of) so it's purely for my anxiety. I appreciate the reply.
