Hi
I spend long periods in my flat and am also only sleeping between 0-4 hours a day so spend long periods sitting down (my flat is only about 25ft by 35ft this area includes living room bathroom bedroom hall and kitchen) so not much space to walk in when you add furniture and walls) Does anyone else have issues with feet swelling? I have only just started to notice it, have put my tool box under my table so I can elevate my feet a little which is easing it. Im not over weight, just not active and sitting for long periods of time.

Does anyone else have this, or have any tips?

Thanks

-RJ

I would check with a doctor about your feet swelling. That can be an indicator of many things. It would be better to be safe and get checked out.

I agree with Gayle, but I get this too. It can be from inactivity, plus too much salt, etc. Walking around your apartment may help, plus flexing your toes and ankles, plus soaking in Epsom salts, plus elevating your feet above your head while lying down. Good luck.
