It depends on what the reaction is related to or caused by as to what is recommended. I would contact my physician for specific recommendations. There is also some really good medical research online related to the different and specific causes of it and things that can do to help deal with it. Do what you need to to take good care of you and hang in there. Wishing you really well meanwhile.

thanks for the well wishes. doctors were no help. Found detox ideas online which inclded herbal blends, certain teas, multivits and additional support, like curcumin, lots of liquids (water and green juices), vitamin c, cold and hot showers etc. But in my state I have been stuck in bed for the week with immense breathing issues and POTS as the most uncomfortable effects (though pain and nausea are difficult to tolerate too). I also heat up and can't cool down, struggle with dangerously low bp&fainting. I had to stop lyme treatment to allow my body deal with toxins. It s torture but it s also a consolation to know Im killing some spirochetes that have been in my bodyfor years. I need to figure out a way to improve my fatigue; just started treatment and Im already feeling half dead (which is no wonder bc the meds also kill my own cells )
