Hi guys. I need some advice.

My posture was never the best, and a lot of the time I slouch just because it feels more comfortable. But over the past year or so I've been experiencing a lot of on and off back/neck pain, and it gets really painful. I understand maintaining a better posture is key in reducing the stiffness and pain, but I feel like I've lost all hope in trying to fix that because I honestly don't know what exactly to do about it. My spine already has a slight curve and I'm a bit unbalanced, so that makes it even more difficult, even just to attempt to sit/stand straight for a moment. I wish it was easier...

My neck is currently stiff and it hurts a lot, but I can't take any pain medication because the stuff I have at my house doesn't interact well with my daily meds. I'm really tired of all of this and I just want to make things better already. If you guys could share some tips, remedies, exercises, etc. I'd really appreciate it.

Are you able to take Ibuprofen for pain and swelling? You could try heated neck wraps or try topicals from the store for your back. I would talk to your doctor if you haven't already. I definitely know how annoying those can be.

They also have light braces/straps that you can wear under your shirt to help with correcting posture.

I found quite a few sites by just googling things. I naturally slouch and I need to improve my posture as well. Good Luck Pillow.
Thanks for this!
