Hi guys.
![]() My posture was never the best, and a lot of the time I slouch just because it feels more comfortable. But over the past year or so I've been experiencing a lot of on and off back/neck pain, and it gets really painful. I understand maintaining a better posture is key in reducing the stiffness and pain, but I feel like I've lost all hope in trying to fix that because I honestly don't know what exactly to do about it. My spine already has a slight curve and I'm a bit unbalanced, so that makes it even more difficult, even just to attempt to sit/stand straight for a moment. I wish it was easier... My neck is currently stiff and it hurts a lot, but I can't take any pain medication because the stuff I have at my house doesn't interact well with my daily meds. I'm really tired of all of this and I just want to make things better already. If you guys could share some tips, remedies, exercises, etc. I'd really appreciate it. ![]() |

Are you able to take Ibuprofen for pain and swelling? You could try heated neck wraps or try topicals from the store for your back. I would talk to your doctor if you haven't already. I definitely know how annoying those can be.
They also have light braces/straps that you can wear under your shirt to help with correcting posture. I found quite a few sites by just googling things. I naturally slouch and I need to improve my posture as well. Good Luck Pillow. |
