So my bp was up.....waaay up early this morn....150/103....it didnt help i had drinks during the game yesterday......

Lots of beer, and salty snacks.....

Anxiety is a way my body is telling me ive had quite enough......too much in fact...

sigh..

I was doing so well getting healthy.....guess I got cocky and binged.

Does this sound strange?

It does not hurt to treat yourself once in a while. Just do what you can to minimize the damage. Be sure to drink lots of water to get the salt and stuff out of your system. Even drinking water while "treating" yourself can help recovery.

Thanks Iris.... I've got some serious changes to make from now on....I'm tired of feeling like crap! I value my health over my vices.
