Maybe seek a phone app? Or use a task list on a calendar?

Typically take anti diabetic oral med with food or snack. It is hard to give advice if I do not have your blood glucose numbers taken religiously at the same time throughout the day and night, and wake up in the middle of the night can help as well. When you have those written down go to the clinic and they should give the best advice specific for you

please DO NOT quote ANY SELECTION of my post. thank you. have a good day.

omg, i have been feeling the need for a diabetic thread, or forum even~! let's start a member group, ,there have to be more experienced people around here~!

i was Dx 5, almost 6 yrs ago, and couldn't get to the Diabetes education clinic, cause it's too far away... so i've been winging it. i got special permission to test 3 times a day,, but i have a sleep disorder, so i never know when i will be up or when i will eat... i chart my calories religiously, but not my carbs,, my A1c's are always in the 5.5 range~ my doc wants me to be higher, but i won't do it .

starting with the cold feet and neuropathy now,, Hate That~!

do drop a line ~

Im slowly breaking the bread habit. A sandwich now is an event, not an everyday thing. A salad is becoming an almost every day thing.
Thanks for this!
