Today morning I woke up and was on my phone in bed for about 10min until I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen.I tried to ignore it(I thought it would go away),but then it was so painful to the point where I just put down my phone.I felt the urge to go for a number 2 so I did but(getting to the bathroom was the hardest journey ever),I just stood there on the stairs for a bit when I felt lighted headed.When I got to the toilet and was in the middle of doing my business that was when I got even more light headed and my vision started getting blurry.I quickly got off the toilet(I was done btw xD) and vomited in the bathe tub(no blood,mostly just saliva and water) after that I still needed to vomited but just gagged since there was nothing else in my stomach(I didn't have breakfast).I just sat on the floor after (was still lighted headed with blurred vision).I texted my sis to bring food and water(I brought my phone to call someone incase I was on the verge of dying xD).Oh yeah and I remember looking in the mirror at the time and my face was completely pale/I looked dead.
This all lasted around 10min I think.And now here I am resting in bed.Although all those symptoms had went after I still had the sharp pain in my lower abdomen so I took a painkiller.
I've felt all these symptoms before except for that pain.(around 4-5 times within the last 3/4 years)
I'm pretty sure it's not food poisoning because what I ate yesterday is something I've had many times and I've never felt that way after(but who knows,there's still a possibility)
At first I was thinking I'm dehydrated but that doesn't really explain the pain ://
I would tell my mum about this and go to the GP but the surgery I go to has really **** doctors.They're so stupid they would give you painkillers if you said you have symptoms of cancer.And my mum is the type of person that would slap you up if you told her you was in pain.She would say it's all your fault and make you feel like utter crap.(Reason why the first person I texted was my sister and not mum if you're wondering)
Anyways I'd love hear if some of you have had this experience or similar and what you think about theses symptoms

It's better to see your primary care. Just give them a call ask for a nurse.

I don't know your medical history or the details like where exactly in the lower abdomen. I would also put pressure to go into detail

Dizziness can be caused by a lot of different things, like anxiety to constipation and gas. Forceful defecation can also cause more Dizziness since your heart shunts your blood towards your lower abdomen decreasing oxygen to the brain and heart hence being pale. Gagging can be caused by the severe pain.

I don't know your age your family history I think those questions may be asked when you visit the clinic would be helpful to know
