Have any of you did some work for yourself, others and job until you didn't realize that you are sick especially dehydration that made you sore throat?

Actually, i am having it now and i wanna reduce it just a little because nearing this weekend I'm gonna be at my sister's wedding plus the bridesmaid is me and i dont want my sister to notice that I'm sick so...if any of you guys can give me tips on how to reduce it I'm gladly appreciated X3

Honey will help soothe your throat. Take a teaspoon or put some in tea.

Feel better!

Vitamin c and hot tea with lemon and honey. You could also make a natural concoction of honey and lemon juice. Very soothing for a sore throat and/or cough.

Well, i already went to clinic today (have to skip school though) and got antibiotics..the doctor said I have low of vitamin such as vitamin C and B and mentioned that i might have some kidney problem if I went to dehydration even worse than right now..

Our weather is very hot because of the El-Nino since early this year..Not just my country but as well as others too who lives in the East Asia.
