I've been having mild to moderate tingling in face, arms, hands, legs, feet. At times I have painful spasms in calves and hands. It's more annoying than anything but what could this be? It's been going on for 3-4 days last night being the worst. I still have it this morning with severity constantly changing.

Are you eating? I wouldnt ignore it. Have some gatorade to balance your sodium / potassium. Is it hot where you are? It could be heatstroke. Esp if youre losing weight and are dehydrated. You could go into kidney failure. Go to an urgent care, they can test your blood. Dont fool around with this. Even one at a drugstore - at least they have the gatorade right there!

Have you changed meds recently? It could be a med side effect. Lexapro gave me tingling in my feet.

Off meds. I'm eating but dont have much of an appetite. It's pretty mild right now if it worsens again I'll see a doc. Hopefully it's a one time deal and going away now.

Sodium imbalance ( and dehydration) is such an easy thing to fix, but when its off balance, the effects are really bad. Keep us posted!

Tingling is gone for now. Hopefully it was a fluke and won't come back. See how it goes.

Did you get some gatorade or pedialyte? That usually brings me back to life.

Yeah not doing anything. I have Lyrica from Carpal Tunnel wonder if that would help stop the tingling.
