Hello bbc666: I'm sorry you are experiencing so much illness & discomfort. I got the shingles vaccine as soon as I was old enough. My grandmother, on my mother's side, had shingles. And, although it was SO many years ago, I can still recall how much she suffered with it. I've certainly had the med-related dry mouth in the past. I'm no longer on any med's.

There have been a few Threads posted, from time-to-time, with regard to caring for the type of dry skin some med's can cause. But I don't know how one would go about finding them again now. A forum dedicated to self-care, particularly as it relates to issues that can develop from taking psych med's, is a good idea. Perhaps you might consider posting a Thread in the Community Feedback & Technical Support forum.
