i have an orthopedic doc appt today.. gonna have him look at my shoulder and my knee... also my neck.. i have a hump like starting at the base of my neck and going down alittle towad my back... i want to see if he can do anything about it so that im not all hutched over once i get older.... scary just thinking about it.... i have a feeling hes gonna say go to physical therapy..i went to that once and didnt go back cause my neck hurt and was really siff for 30 mins afterwards.. it sucked...

grrrrrrrrrrrr to myself.... i thought my appt. was at 11 and it was at 10 so i have to reschedule....,. i hate when i do stupid stuff...
