yes I know this is a gross question, but I haven't been feeling well, went to the doctor a few days ago. Just started on the medicene he gave me, I took the first one last night. I don't want to get graphic, but I do have some ecoli in my urine which I was told... It's uncomfortable, like I'm having to pee alot and it burns. Does anyone know the fastest way how to get ecoli out of urine?.

Antibiotics and cranberry juice. Cranberry makes urine more acidic which makes it inhospitable to bacteria.

Antibiotics are the only way to get rid of e.coli. Unfortunately it takes some time. See the link below:

UTI Home Remedies and Treatments

Avoid sugary and carbonated beverages, this makes a more homey environment for the bacteria. As mentioned above, cranberry juice is helpful to make as less hospitable environment but try to find one that is sugar free.

Also ginger tea can help too with blocking prostaglandin synthesis, prevent inflammation, reduce current inflammation, and reduce pain and irritation. This is the same process that OTC anti-inflammatory medications-just without all the nasty side-effects and by drinking it, it gets directly to the bladder for relief.

I hope you feel better soon.

Push the fluids, water, cranberry juice (all advice above good), lemon water.
And the basics in hygiene, wipe front to back, no soap in the peri area, rinse with water, no baths, only showers....basically the e coli generally travels from your stool to the urethra.
And take every dose of the antibiotic even if the symptoms stop before you are done.
This is important to prevent the generation of antibiotic resistant strains.
Hopefully, a culture and sensitivity was done before the med prescribed/at least to confirm its effectiveness. Unpleasant experience. ((((hug))))
