I grin and bare it and make myself do it, if it absolutely has to be done. Then later I lay down and am happy with myself that I did it.
And drink loads of coffee.
And a soda.
And whine and moan the entire time. Relief from tireness???

My B vitamins help sometimes? They're for stress too and get used up (by coffee! :-) since they're "water soluable".

A 20 minute nap is supposed to help? Sometimes that helps me and sometimes I need too much sleep and only getting a little makes me feel worse :-) http://www.pioneerthinking.com/menrejuv.html

I'm with Raynaadi. The moan and whine routine helps sometimes.

Pills! As pdoc told me...."for anyone else this is speed, for you it's your get out of bed pill"

I started walking every morning (after the pill) and it seemed to give me a little energy. But if you don't catch me before 11 am forget. I'm done for the day.

Hope you find something that works.

I was on Provigil for a bit until the insurance denied it (was on samples). It worked wonders and I miss it. I've been religiously doing Pilates workouts daily and that has been helping with energy.

I like the taking a walk idea too. Any kind of physical activity, even low or no impact, has been helping my energy levels.

CoQ10 helps. It provides energy at a cellular level; it's good for your heart and helps with gum disease, too. To my knowledge there is no dose which is toxic. I've used 100mg once or twice a day.

Get the soft gel type as it is more easily absorbed.

This site has very useful info: http://www.vitacost.com/Healthnotes/...zyme-Q10.aspx.
[Vitacost sells supplements, but their 'Health Library' info includes references and I've found it helpful.] There is a link to find drug interactions, too.

Lady,

Go to the Dr and see what you're facing. You can't really fight it if you don't know what is the enemy. You need your thyroid checked and you need to be checked for other auto-immune disorders like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, etc.

Find the cause and we'll help you find a way to deal with it.

I know how badly being that tired all the time feels.

Gentle hugs,

Jan
