Does anyone know If ptsd contributes to endocrine diseases. I've been battling thyroid cancer on and off for over 20+ years. Last week, after a neck biopsy I was told 3 enlarged lympnodes tested positive for cancer again. This has sent my ptsd symptoms into overdrive and is causing major CSA flashbacks( not sure of the correlation) When my Dr starts to discuss treatment with me my disassociation sets in and I cannot refocus...... this will be my 4 th cancer fight and I'm not sure I have the strength for this fight. Thx for listening
