All I can tell you is that Ambien had a freaky effect on me. I tried it for about 3 nights, then gave it up. I did things while on the Ambien that I didn't recall the following day.

Have you considered Valerian tea or Chamomile tea instead of sleeping pills?
Teas that can make you sleepy: Chamomile Lavender Valerian Root Peppermit Kava Kava Lemon Balm St John's Wort Chinese Herbs Celestial Seasonings: Sleepytime Tea Spearamint Lemon Grass Tilia Flowers Blackberry Leaves Orange Blossoms Hawthorne Berries Rosebuds Stevia Leaf Licorice Root Rose Hip Skullcap Leaf Cardamom Passion Flower Bigelow Sweet Dreams Tea Stop taking your sleeping pills and switch to a tea instead. Teas are natural sleep inducers with no side effects. Studies show that teas are healthier, safer alternatives to falling asleep than sleeping pills. Big Pharma is evil. Stay away from opioids and sleeping pills. Here's one of the studies done: http://online.liebertpub.com/doi/pdf...act.2012.18310 |
