Does this sound like arthritis? only one leg aches when I lay on it at night. It drives me crazy. Its not pain pain, just this annoying ache. It is through the whole leg.
But I can walk and exercise just fine. no problems. only bothers me when laying down, or when I sit and get up it takes a few seconds to walk normal. It doesn't hurt to touch it or moving when exercising or using weights. It seems a little better when I elevate it.
I am in my late 40's.

Do you think it's your hip or your knee that's causing the problem?
Is it a specific position you are lying in that may exasperate the pain?
Is it ever stiff? Like in the morning when you get up?
