I have been ill recently. I am happy that I am feeling a lot better. I felt nausea, had bad chills and i was shaking. I thought I had food poisoning or I drank something bad. I only have a cold but nothing serious. Before, I could only eat a little bit of food but when I wake up, I'd feel kinda nausea. This would be like 3 days after but now I don't get any. I can eat my dinner but I get slight hunger pangs. Perhaps my body is just using up too much energy all at once or maybe it's readjusting itself. Has anyone experienced this?

So you eat until you're full, then feel slight hunger pangs?

Yes, that has happened to me all of my adult life. I attribute it to psych meds and I also think it could be a glucose-related issue. Something with how the body processes glucose.
