so, I'll explain:

my hand bleeds very easily anyway (if too much pressure is applied, it just bleeds), and once started, it is very hard to stop the bleeding.

today I was trying to open a really difficult lid (on a doctor pepper bottle)

after several times of trying to open it, I noticed my hand was burning.

I didn't think much of it, and when I eventually opened it, I realised that the hand I'd use to turn the lid felt like fire, and one part in particular was really sore.

a little bit of blood dripped from one of the fingers, but it's stopped bleeding now

I think I might have applied too much pressure.

it's still really sore
