has anyone found any alternatives to physical therapy (aka PT)???
like for people with MIs that are unable to make pt work or are not able to do it at all. looking for suggestions or ideas, NOT a 'make it work' talk (sorry) |

When you have done PT, did they give you anything to do at home? There's plenty of stretches, etc., I'd imagine that can be done in the comfort of your home.
