I have really noticed lately that food, both what I am eating and the volume, can really make a difference in my life.

I have noticed if I eat less I have more energy and a greater feeling of well being and joy.

But if I eat more, and eat more greasy type foods, I am tried lethargic and feel sort of depressed.. like there is no point to life.

Anyone else feel that food can directly make a difference? I have also noticed that cutting back on food can start my period.

Yes, I'm in agreement about nutrition playing an important role in not just physical but emotional health. Portion sizes do matter.
