I have really noticed lately that food, both what I am eating and the volume, can really make a difference in my life.
I have noticed if I eat less I have more energy and a greater feeling of well being and joy. But if I eat more, and eat more greasy type foods, I am tried lethargic and feel sort of depressed.. like there is no point to life. Anyone else feel that food can directly make a difference? I have also noticed that cutting back on food can start my period. |

Yes, I'm in agreement about nutrition playing an important role in not just physical but emotional health. Portion sizes do matter.
