any tips for making headaches feel less strong with just stuff you can find around the house

would really be interested in any you have to share- especially with extra loud noise that's been going on lately in the evenings, finding it a bit much.

Aside from medicines
-earplugs for noise
-box fan, or other gentle noise like ocean sounds playing on phone to help drown out negative noise
-turn off lights, use sleep mask, or cloth wrapped around head
-ice pack on part of head with worst pain (over eyes, back of head, top of head, etc)
- peppermint, or rubbing alcohol scent - don't huff, just take a brief whiff
-find the best possible position, laying flat, sitting up, raising feet, etc, then move as little as possible

Not that unusual, but maybe something helps. Good luck to you! 😊
