Hello community,
Has anyone else noticed that after experiencing trauma / adversity, the body requires more care? I cannot seem to stop my body from experiencing hypertension, cortisol buildup and pain in the chest, general anxiety / hyper-vigilance, etc. I am starting to workout more often but it seems as though it is a never-ending fight. Anyone else experience this? Thanks, HD7970ghz

Yes, trauma does have effects on the physical body. I'm sorry you're going through this.
