I’ve just been super worn out and fatigued for like a week. Tonight is particularly bad and I’m just really out of breath and lightheaded and dizzy. I tried eating. That didn’t help. I tried Xanax thinking it was anxiety. That didn’t help. Now I’m lying in bed. I don’t have a fever or cough. Basically I’m just super tired and my bones feel achy. I have been out and about last week. At the salon, the eye doctor etc. but I don’t have any classic Covid signs. But this afternoon I actually had to stop what I was doing to lean against my dresser because I was so out of breath. I do have a therapy appointment tomorrow which may be stressing me out. But then I don’t get why the Xanax isn’t helping.... I don’t know. I just plain don’t feel good. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

I had 2 mugs of hot tea yesterday. I never drink hot tea unless im sick. Its like, thats how i KNOW im sick, because hot tea sounds good to me! And i was feeling ill the past few days. Slightly sore throat, clogged nose. Today, all better! I might have more tea tonight, just to be on the safe side.
Have some lemon ginger honey tea. It will kill any potential cooties! |

Therapist suggested anemia the other day. I think you are really cold with that? I was sleeping in a hoodie last night without the AC on and my mom came into my room and woke me up because apparently the house and my room was “blazing hot”’ even though I didn’ feel a thing.
Anyways right now I’m ok as long as I don’t stand up.
