My mom has worked me too hard with moving her. I went to er last night. Chest pains, jaw pain, ect. Everything checked out ok. They gave me an iv of saline. And ran blood tests. Than told me take a day off no hauling just rest. I cancelled my whole day.

Case Manager, social therapy, work. Tomorrow is busier. Debating about cancelling what i can there. They told me to quaranteen myself they're running a covid test. I have a 2nd interview tomorrow. It's online.

I need better boundaries.
