I'm doing guided meditation, and am planning to add reiki healing to make things happen faster. I'm trying to balance my chakras and build a more prosperous life. I'm kind of overdoing it. 4 or more meditations a day. But I got the system last night, and it's Sunday. Nothing but time. Maybe I'll go for a walk.

I really enjoy crystal and rock healing for this. Something about the weight and temperature of crystals... Of course the visual attractiveness and physical structure is also compelling. Meditating with crystals for chakra health is very peaceful and mindful at the same time. I get similar benefits from being out in nature.

What do you mean when you say "got the system" do you mean you have a routine and plan?
