Thats the only thing I've been doing differently and I seem to be hungry for no reason and I put on 3 pounds the other day despite dieting the day before. And I know myself and my weight and it does not flucauate and especially not 3 pounds. I have to overeat in order to gain weight, or it has to be meds. So I'm guessing its the cough syrup?

If its not sugar free, then it might be high in calories. But i would think you would have to drink a LOT of it. I used to chew a lot of vitamin gummies and my weight stayed stable, but it seems like my body decides for itself if it is going to lose, gain, or stay the same. I dont count calories or points or anything or give myself a limit, because it starts me on a restrict/binge cycle.

How much of it do you drink? Isn’t just like a spoon few times a day and only for few days while you have cough? If you cough longer than few days I think you might want to see a doctor?

Still it’s just a spoon. I’d consult with a doctor if it’s safe to take for sleep
