I’m having severe leg, back and abdominal pain and I don’t know what to do. I have a chronic condition that causes it so I know it’s not really serious but it’s so hard being in pain.

Hi, Sunlight. Have you talked to your doctor about controlling your pain? I'm prescribed a pain med and also take over-the-counter pain meds. They don't always get rid of all the pain, but they do tone it down. (I have spine problems.)
 My psychiatrist likes that I'm prescribed pain meds because pain in itself can cause depression |

Hi, thank you for your response. Unfortunately a lot of pain meds are off limits due to my other issues.
