You're hurting and need a big self-esteem boost

I suggested before that you see a doctor to update what you need. I mean diagnosis isn’t that important. But sometimes it helps to get right resources and right help .

Sometimes I think people get too caught up in diagnoses. It is more effective to go by your symptoms rather than diagnosis. What is currently going on with you? What is your most bothersome symptom? I would start there, then list them out from worst to best. When you go to a doctor, you can already have that list so the doctor can better assist you. Have you ever tried DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) or any other type of cognitive behavior therapy?

Thanks
