Last night I purged/vomited and there was this big jet black clump that looked and felt like a guitar pick gummy (yeah, I had to feel it). This morning there was a small amount of the same color clump in my stool (did not feel that lol sorry). I had some chocolate, but I've binged on chocolate before and that NEVER happened.

You need to report it to your doctor and also post this question in the eating disorders forum.

That sounds like it might be blood clots and you should get checked out. I know you hate those words but I can't not say them. Sorry.
