it is hard enough being bipolar 2 but my ibs-c lately totally interfering with everything. i am so irritable, depressed, antisocial and in pain that all i have been doing is lying in bed and having awful trouble trying to sleep to escape.

what an incredible mood swing. even though still constipated after having gone a lot and my eyes and nose are still itchy, I feel a lot better. IT HAPPENED SO FAST after I remembered my father always telling us if somebody hurt us, God would take care of it.
