I went to the gp 3 days ago with a sore throat he said it was viral a day later puss is coming out. Today I have a fever and blood is coming out after i cough my jaw hurts it's hard to breathe feels like a lump. My thyroid feels inflamed. I call health direct because I don't know if I should be worried nurse says go to hospital. Now mums attacking me she's saying I'm a hypocrondriac. I'm now unsure if she's right. I feel like she resents me. I wish I could live alone so she wouldn't dislike me anymore.

Go to the ER, the nurse told you to. You're coughing up blood, that should be taken very seriously. Please take care of yourself and don't let it get worse.

Any constriction of the airway is an emergency that should be treated right away! And coughing up blood (if that's what's happening) is pretty serious, too. Let us know how you are tomorrow
